THE WINCHESTER PROJECT: OUR PROCESS

We’re thrilled to guide you through the journey of our Winchester Project.
Our first task in transforming this 1,400 sqft bungalow was to create an expansive, open layout. We achieved this by installing a beam between the kitchen and living room and relocating the stairs to accommodate a 14-foot kitchen island - perfect for cooking, dining, and entertaining.
Among the many enhancements to the main floor living space, we installed a sleek gas fireplace and a built-in closet for the back entry. And as is customary with all our projects, the entire house underwent a comprehensive upgrade, including new electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, windows, flooring, and much more.
In the primary bedroom, our goal was to craft a serene sanctuary complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a private deck. The ensuite boasts a lavish wetroom featuring double rain-shower heads and a spacious soaker tub, while the private deck offers an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee.
We didn't overlook the main bathroom either, giving it a complete makeover. We reimagined the layout for optimal functionality and replaced all fixtures and finishes to achieve a fresh, modern look.
The unfinished basement underwent a remarkable transformation, evolving into a cozy space perfect for quality time with loved ones. Updates include new carpeting throughout, a stylish wet bar, a revamped laundry room, a 3-piece bathroom, and an additional bedroom.
But our attention to detail extended beyond the interior. The exterior renovation of the Winchester Project is equally impressive, with meticulous care given to every aspect, from the house itself to the fresh sod adorning the yard. The result is a completely remodeled, modern home that promises years of enjoyment for its owners.
